Disclaimer & nbsp; – Merry summer festival

I, the undersigned, in my personal capacity or as a guardian/legal guardian of the participating child/children (hereinafter referred to as”participant/participants”), understand and acknowledge that there are potential risks associated with the participation of the participant/participants in the activities of merry summer festival, which include – But not limited

to -: slides, tunnels, climbing structures, interactive pools, barrier games, and ball pools (collectively, the”activities”).

I hereby agree, having fully understood these risks, to allow participation in the activities, subject to compliance with all the terms and conditions contained in this form, which is valid for six (6) months from the date of my signing it, and includes any modification or change to the activities or facilities of the festival during this period.

Activity rules:

neither I nor the participant (s) will be allowed to participate in any activity until I have read and understood the special safety instructions and guidelines, and I undertake to comply with them and ensure that the participant (s) also comply, including oral instructions while at the facility, in addition to the following rules:

1. it is required to wear special swimwear to enter the pool.
2. Underwear, sportswear, or any clothing not intended for swimming is not allowed.
3. Children under the age of ٣ years should wear special diapers for swimming, they are not allowed to enter without them.
4. Access to the “toddlers” play area is allowed only to participants up to 98 cm tall. 
5. participants between 99 cm and 160 cm tall are allowed to enter the play area intended for “preschool children” or “teenagers”.
6. Participants with a height from 120 cm to 160 cm, and a weight between 20 kg and 90 kg, are allowed to use the steel slide.
7. Each child must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older).
8. Arms should be placed on the chest and lie down while using the slide.
9. Start skating only when the landing zone is clear.
10. You should sit up straight during landing.
11. Only one person is allowed to use the slide at a time.
12. It is forbidden to jump from the top of the slide.
13. It is forbidden to run, wrestle, push, or any aggressive behavior especially near the entrance and exit of the slide.
14. It is forbidden to climb on the outer walls or the fence surrounding the play structure.
15. It is forbidden to climb the slide or stay on it.
16. You must immediately get out of the landing zone.
17. The time limit for each activity must be respected, strictly following the instructions of Supervisors.
18. Activities should be carried out within the participants ‘ skill level.
19. It is forbidden to introduce pets.
20. Shoes, loose clothing, necklaces, ties, unfastened glasses must be taken off during participation.
21. It is forbidden to eat or drink, including chewing gum, during activities.
22. It prevents tampering or attempting to disassemble security devices, including grilles and protective gaskets.
23. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility.
24. Participants with long hair should tie their hair when entering the play area.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I voluntarily agree to the participation of the participant (s) in the activities after I am fully aware of the possible risks. 
2. I assume full responsibility for any personal injuries, damages, losses that may be inflicted on me or the participant (s) as a result of participation in the activities.
3. Although the summer fun festival team takes all necessary precautions to prevent accidents, risks such as falling, slipping, colliding with fixed objects or people, tripping, and various injuries (such as bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, head, neck or back injuries) cannot be ruled out.
4. I acknowledge that I, or the participants on my behalf, do not have any medical conditions that prevent participation in the activities, including: heart disease, epilepsy, spinal problems, chronic allergies, or any similar conditions.
5. I confirm that I, and the participant (s) on my behalf, do not have any medical problems.
6. I release Summer Fun Festival Company and all its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any legal liability for any injury, damage, or death that may be caused to me or the participant (s) as a result of participating in the activities.

This form is subject to the laws and regulations of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising shall be the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts in the city of Jeddah. In the event that any item of this form turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the items remain in force, and the disabled item is replaced by another item that reflects the intention of a fun summer festival in the best possible way.

Approval of filming, registration and rules of activity-Merry summer festival

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the presence of surveillance cameras in the facilities, used for the security and safety of visitors. 

I undertake not to use or publish any photos or recordings from within the festival for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this document and fully understood its content, I had the opportunity to ask any questions. I confirm that this document is valid and I agree to the terms of participation.

If there are minor children involved, I acknowledge and confirm that I am their guardian or legal guardian, or have the necessary powers from the Guardian/legal guardian to sign this agreement on their behalf.

By signing this form, I expressly agree and acknowledge the right of the merry Summer Festival administration to collect, store, save, process and transfer personal data and information (including sensitive) about me and the minor children mentioned in this form, in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy.
